Work on the new services package continues. The project has now been renamed to Kali, and development is occurring on Launchpad. Most of the basic protocol controller implementation is in place now, and very basic NickServ functionality is also present. The main missing piece at this stage is ChanServ, although there are also some other miscellaneous bits and pieces that will need to be added to other services.
