In the early 90s as the amount of resources available to the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered community continued to grow on the Internet, so did the interest in realtime communication. There was little if any, realtime utilities available that were not subjected to censorship or control by antigay groups. As a result, in February of 1995, Paradox was born. A talker created by, and made for, the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered community. A talker which provided a safe, friendly zone for all visitors from around the world.
